Refund & Returns Policy – DOGYTECH.CO.UK 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)

  • Personal care items that are opened

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are damaged, not in original condition, or returned after 30 days.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@dogytech.co.uk.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at sales@dogytech.co.uk with your order details. Send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to them.


Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50
